At MellowSquish, we want you to be completely in love with your new wardrobe additions. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original bags with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
